Our classic loaf, the TS 1.0 the OG boule that started things here at Geeked Out Sourdough. It stands for “Tom’s Starter”, named after my coworker and friend Tom who gave me some mature sourdough starter and has been an amazing resource for delicious sourdough recipes!

Ingredients

• Water
• Salt
• Kirkland Signature Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
• King Arthur’s Whole Wheat Flour
• Sourdough starter (water, wheat flour, all-purpose flour)

That’s it! No added acids, no bleaching, no additives for leavening. I am extremely particular about keeping all ingredients fresh, as local as possible, and as unprocessed as possible. My promise to you is to provide the healthiest loaf of sourdough I possibly can.
