We are committed to keeping our bread as unprocessed as possible while using local ingredients when they are available. Of course, the ingredients in each loaf may vary. While brands may change from time to time, we currently use:

• Organic unbleached white flour (Kirkland)
• Whole Wheat flour (King Arthur)
• Salt (Morton’s)
• Salted butter (Kirkland)
• Eggs (Smith Brothers Farms or fresh from friends, when available)
• Extra sharp cheddar (Tillamook)
• Extra sharp white cheddar (Tillamook)
• Fresh jalapenos and habaneros (will be purchasing at local farms in the spring)
