A joke while watching “The Chef Show” has turned into a mad scientist journey to learning how to perfect sourdough. I’ve made approximately 40 loaves in the last month, given away to friends and family, and there has been a lot of interest in knowing about my starters, flour to use, bulk fermentation, etc. So, here we are.
I’ll be growing this site as I can, posting recipes, tips, tricks, and pictures, and maybe we’ll see where this path leads!
